Grant Wagner

I was born in Cape Town and moved to the UK in 2001. I have been in the finance industry for over 25 years, having worked in various roles to include, working for Halifax, a mortgage help desk, Savills Private Finance and for the last ten years, specialising in New Build in London and the South East. The reason I set up the business with my partner Katherine, is because I decided it was time to utilise my skills from working in different parts of the finance industry and put them to good use by helping our clients achieve their goals. My priority is to have a business where all staff passionately believe in the customer experience and actively strive to deliver the best customer service possible. From starting out as just Katherine and I, I have now seen our team quadruple in size, with the view to expand further. When asked to describe our team my words were ‘professional, loyal, hardworking and genuinely a great bunch of people!’ and it’s a real pleasure to work with them every day. On a rare day off, you might find me on the golf course, or watching Liverpool. You might also find me spending quality time with my son, teaching him to play cricket or sing the South African national anthem.
