Ness Owen

I joined Mortgage Advice Bureau in 2017 as part of the mortgage admin team, but my role has gradually developed in to offering support with the protection and insurance side of the business. My career in insurance spans 40 years, so far, and I have gained experience in most aspects including underwriting and claims adjusting, both here in the UK and in Australia. I offer “behind the scenes” support for our advisers, maintaining relationships with providers and insurers, and am a point of contact for clients to assist them with the progress of their applications through the underwriting process. It is rewarding to help clients ensure, having achieved their dream of home ownership, that both their home and their financial commitment is safely protected. In my free time I mostly help my partner train our young Golden Retriever to not steal roast dinners!
